Meet our co-founder, Ashley. She’s spent thousands of hours leading workshops, retreats, and keynotes that help leaders and teams understand who they are, how they show up, and how to work better together. After more than a decade in corporate HR, she has seen every version of team dynamics — the inspiring, the messy, and the stuff no one wants to say out loud.
Translation? Ashley knows how to read a room and get to the heart of what’s really going on — and she’s not afraid to name it, with a mix of humor and practicality that keeps people engaged. Her sessions aren’t about lofty theories; they’re about real tools teams can use the very next day.
Ashley is a big-hearted entrepreneur with equal parts strategic vision and get-it-done energy. Driven? Absolutely. Chill? Working on it. When she isn’t on stage or in a workshop, she is in Piedmont, SC, recharging with her husband and dogs, Hank and Zoey.

By day, Silvia leads people and strategy as the Chief Human Resources Officer at a fast-growing, publicly traded bank in Greenville, SC. With a background in consulting and years of executive-level HR experience, she brings clarity, decisiveness, and zero fluff into every leadership conversation. Whether she’s guiding senior teams through tough decisions or coaching rising leaders to find their voice, Silvia doesn’t just get people—she moves them forward.
At Leader Design Co, she co-leads workshops, coaching engagements, and retreats that help teams cut through noise, surface the real issues, and lead with more courage and clarity. An Enneagram 8 to her core, Silvia is direct, decisive, and exactly who you want in your corner when the stakes are high.
When she’s not working, she’s home in Greenville, SC raising two incredible daughters and bringing the same strength and heart to her family that she brings to every boardroom.
